Unlimited Saving II

Unlimited Saving II is a mod for Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 that allows you to save at any time without consuming Saviour Schnapps. If you’re tired of searching for Saviour Schnapps or worrying that the game might crash at an inconvenient moment, this mod will solve the problem by giving you the ability to quickly save anywhere the game allows.

Since the data for the main menu has been hidden by the developers, the mod uses a quick save by pressing the F5 key.

Alternative versions are possible in the future, but for now this is the only solution available.

This mod is the true successor to Unlimited Saving, providing the same functionality but with improved implementation. Achievements remain available, so using the mod does not limit your progress in the game in any way.

The game already contains a defense that prevents saving in forbidden areas, except in combat. However, remain cautious and use the mod responsibly.

Important: saving only works when the game allows paused saving. This protects you from possible damage to saves, but use the mod at your own risk!

How to install the mod?

• Download the mod file.
• Go to the folder with the game (Steam by default: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\KingdomComeDeliverance2).
• Open the “Mods” folder. If it does not exist, create it.
• Unpack the archive with the mod into the “Mods” folder.
• Make sure that the files are in the correct directory.

Now the mod is installed and ready to work!

How to use?

•  Keyboard – press F5 for a quick save.
• Gamepad – hold SELECT / OPTION / TOUCH PAD (or any key you bind).

Make sure the game allows you to pause saves before saving, otherwise it may corrupt your save files.

If you have problems, check if the mod is loading in the game by looking at the kcd.log file in your game folder.

Now you can save at any time without worrying about the presence of Saviour Schnapps.
