Description:
The death screen in Avowed lasts about 8 seconds. Unfortunately, you can’t skip it. Perhaps the developers intended this as part of the immersion of the game or a kind of punishment for mistakes, but in reality it’s just annoying.
If you are annoyed by the long death screen, this mod will be a great solution, allowing you to spend less time waiting and more time playing!
Shorter Death Screen reduces this time to about 2 seconds, allowing you to get back into the game faster without the unnecessary wait.
How to install a mod
- Unzip the contents of the archive into your game folder.
- Make sure that the file 000_ShorterDeath_P appears in the directory Alabama/Content/Paks/~mods.
- Run the game – now the death screen will be much shorter!
- How to remove the mod
- Delete the file 000_ShorterDeath_P from the ~mods folder and the death screen duration will return to the standard value.
Compatibility and features
- Compatible with all other mods.
- Works with Steam and Game Pass (PC) versions.
- Does not disable achievements.
